This article presents the SCA IPR Toolkit navigation map together with links to the toolkit advice and guidance notes.
The navigation map is step-by-step guide to decisions involved in dealing with the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and licensing issues associated with content generation and/or use.
Use the step-by-step guide to check actions which need to be taken to ensure you comply with IPR and copyright law. The flowchart starts with the source of your content and takes you through a simple decision tree, pointing to relevant advice papers in the SCA IPR Toolkit at each stage.
